Adding PoE Cameras to Alarm.com User Guide
1. Installing the App
- Open your phone or tablet’s app store
- Download the Alarm.com app.
2. Account Setup
- A Blu Sky representative will advise you once the Alarm.com account has been setup
- An email will be sent containing a link to create a password and complete the setup
3. Adding Cameras
- Connect the cameras to a PoE switch that is connected to your Internet modem
- Wait a few minutes for the camera to connect to the Internet
- With a computer connected to the same network as the cameras, open your web browser and login to your Alarm.com account via https://blusky.com.au/login/
- From the left-hand menu on the home page, click Video
- Click Settings
- Click Add New Video Device
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add and setup the cameras
4. Troubleshooting
- If this banner appears, the cameras are not connected to your network with Internet connection or the computer you are using is not connected to the same network:Notice: No new cameras were found
- Verify the cameras are connected to the network and powered up
