Warranty

Our Workmanship Guarantee

At Blu Sky Security, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. This page outlines the warranty coverage that applies to security systems and equipment we supply and install across Adelaide and South Australia.

All installation work carried out by Blu Sky Security Systems is backed by a 12-month workmanship warranty. This covers the quality of our installation, including cabling, mounting, terminations and system configuration.

If you experience any issues that are the result of our installation work during the warranty period, we will return to your property and rectify the problem at no additional cost.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
